SHIPPING


Bird's Eye orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of postal holidays. Orders typically ship within 48 hrs of the order being placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order is received and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse. To track packages, follow the link provided with your shipping confirmation.

 

If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified immediately and given the proper instructions on how to expedite your order.

 

Note: At this time, we do not ship to international, PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses.

 


International Orders


We ship to international locations. We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses. Bird's Eye accepts international orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.


Bird's Eye will not ship an order internationally if a manufacturer has restrictions for shipping items outside of the United States. We will notify you and cancel the order if you have attempted to order a restricted item.


Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. You must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.


Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada


Refusal by the recipient to pay any fees related to receiving an order from Bird's Eye will be deemed authorization to charge the credit card used to place the original order in the amount of any fees deflected back to Bird's Eye as a result of the refusal.


Please note, all international sales are final and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Free Shipping


Bird's Eye offers free ground shipping on all orders over $75.00 to shipping destinations in the continental 48 United States.

 

Shipping Charges


To calculate the shipping charges for orders, follow these steps:

 

1.Add your items to the cart.
2.Click "Checkout" (do not worry, you will not be placing an order).
3.Enter your billing and shipping information to determine shipping charges.
4.From the next screen you will be able to select your shipping option from a menu on the left side. As you select different shipping methods the shipping and total charges will be reflected at the top of the page.

 

All orders shipping to a New York State address are subject to New York State sales tax.



RETURN POLICY


Bird's Eye wants you to be completely stoked about the gear you purchase from our shop. Within 30 days of the purchase date of your order, you may return any product purchased from Bird's Eye, unused and in its original condition, to exchange it for another item or for a credit to your original method of payment. Return qualifications:


• All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

 

• The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

• No returns on sale items, exchanges only.

• Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Once a board has been waxed, tuned or had bindings installed, it is not returnable.

 

For returns due to some fault of Bird's Eye, please contact us by phone or email and we will send you a ground return label. All other packages must be returned prepaid.

 

Any return that does not follow these guidelines or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repackaging may be subject to handling and/or restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price of the return. If the order was granted 'free shipping', part of the restocking fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs.



Returning a Package


Before returning any item, simply e-mail us at returns@birdseyeboardshop.com and request a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached. Please follow the instructions below.


• Do not ship in the manufacturer's box. The manufacturer's box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. We suggest you re-use your original shipping box and packing materials.

 

• For you protection, ship your package via a traceable shipping method. We are unable to refund or replace orders without proof of delivery.

 

• Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.

Please note that returns and exchanges may result in either credits or charges to your original payment method. Generally, you will see this credit within 2-5 days of issuing. Your bank or credit/debit card company however, may take up to two 2 billing cycles to complete the transaction.



Warranties


Bird's Eye does not offer or issue any warranties on the products sold on our website. Every item Bird's Eye carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise.

 

If you feel there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item you purchased from Bird's Eye, please feel free to contact us for help with resolving the matter with the manufacturer. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask that you contact the manufacturer directly, in accordance with their policies and procedures, and for a quicker resolution.
